Privacy

Nothing. The application installed on your Mac opens no network connection in normal use, takes no screenshots and transmits no game data. The licence check happens offline, from a signed token stored on your machine.

At activation only, the application sends your key and a fingerprint of your Mac. The hardware identifier is never sent or stored as such: only its hash is, which recognises the same computer without being able to reconstruct its identity.

On a purchase: your email address, the key issued, the Stripe transaction identifier, and the dates of sending, downloading and activation. That data serves to deliver your licence, to send it again if you lose it, and to answer your questions.

On a message: your address, the subject you chose and your message, so it can be answered. No IP address and no browser fingerprint is recorded.

Site analytics are handled by Vercel Analytics, without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you from one site to another. That is why this site shows no consent banner: it has nothing to seek consent for.

Stripe, for payment, which collects its own data under its own policy. Resend, for delivering email. Neon, which hosts the database in Francfort, Allemagne, au sein de l'Union européenne. Vercel Inc., which hosts the site, whose servers are located in Paris, France (région cdg1). No data is sold or passed on for advertising.

Data attached to a licence is kept for as long as the licence exists, since the key must be recoverable years after purchase, then for three years after the last contact. Contact form messages are kept for one year. Accounting records relating to a sale are kept for ten years, as the law requires.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability over your data. Write through the contact form; a reply comes within one month.

Erasing an address makes the associated key unrecoverable by email: the key itself keeps working, but we can no longer send it to you.
