Nothing of what you play. The application takes no screenshots, reads nothing inside the game and transmits no game data. The licence check happens offline, from a signed token stored on your machine.

At activation, the application sends your key, your Mac's name, to show you which machine holds the licence, and a fingerprint of that Mac. The hardware identifier is never sent or stored as such: only its hash is, which recognises the same computer without being able to reconstruct its identity.

After that it talks to this site alone, in three cases. Once a day it asks what the latest published version number is, and reports that it is in use: for that it sends your key, your Mac's fingerprint and the version installed. The site keeps only the date of that latest report and the version number, each replacing the one before — enough to know, when you write in, whether a licence is still in use and on which version. If you ask for an update to be installed, it then sends your key and your Mac's fingerprint, long enough to check that the licence is active and that this computer still holds its place on it.

The third, only if you agree to it: when the app has quit unexpectedly, it says so at the next launch. It then sends your key, your Mac's fingerprint and a summary of the report macOS recorded: the app and macOS versions, the Mac model, the kind of error and the chain of the program's functions that were running when it stopped. That summary is stripped before it is sent: it holds no user name, no file path and nothing from the game. The app asks after each crash unless you tell it to remember your choice, which can be changed at any time in its settings, on the Diagnostics page.

On a purchase: your email address, the key issued, the Stripe transaction identifier, and the dates on which the key was sent, downloaded, activated, released and updated. For each activated Mac: its name, its fingerprint, and the date and version of its last use. That data serves to deliver your licence, to send it again if you lose it, and to answer your questions.

On a message: your address, the subject you chose and your message, so it can be answered. No IP address and no browser fingerprint is recorded.

On a crash report: its contents, described above, its date and the Mac that sent it, in order to fix the problem.

If you verify your licence on the Discord server: the identifier of your Discord account and the date of the check, in order to open the help channel to you and close it again if the licence is refunded.

Site analytics are handled by Vercel Analytics, without cookies and without any identifier that could follow you from one site to another. That is why this site shows no consent banner: it has nothing to seek consent for.

Stripe, for payment, which collects its own data under its own policy. Resend, for delivering email. Neon, which hosts the database in Francfort, Allemagne, au sein de l'Union européenne. Vercel Inc., which hosts the site, whose servers are located in Paris, France (région cdg1). No data is sold or passed on for advertising.

YouTube (Google), only if you play the video demo on the French home page: the player loads on click, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google then collects its own data under its own policy. Until you click, the page does not contact YouTube.

Discord, only if you join the server: what you write there is hosted by Discord, which collects its own data under its own policy.

Data attached to a licence is kept for as long as the licence exists, since the key must be recoverable years after purchase, then for three years after the last contact. Contact form messages are kept for one year, and so are crash reports. Accounting records relating to a sale are kept for ten years, as the law requires.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability over your data. Write through the contact form; a reply comes within one month.

Erasing an address makes the associated key unrecoverable by email: the key itself keeps working, but we can no longer send it to you.
