Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of a licence to use the DofusMulti software by its publisher, hereafter “the publisher”, to any person acquiring it on this site, hereafter “the buyer”.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms in the version published online at the time of the order.

DofusMulti is a macOS application that arranges the windows of the game Dofus and lets you switch between accounts from the keyboard. The buyer acquires a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use it, with no transfer of ownership in the software.

The licence covers one computer at a time. It is transferable: the buyer may release it from the application or from their licence page, then activate it on another Mac, with twenty-four hours between two transfers.

Reselling, making the software available to third parties, sharing the key, and any attempt to circumvent the licensing mechanism are prohibited.

macOS 14 Sonoma or later, the Dofus 3 client running in windowed mode, and the macOS Accessibility permission granted to the application. These conditions are stated before purchase. The buyer is invited to check them: they are among the essential characteristics of the product.

The applicable price is the one displayed on this site at the time of the order, and restated on the payment page before confirmation. The reference price is 19 €, subject to promotional discounts limited in time or in number.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment is made online by bank card through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The publisher has access to no card data, which is transmitted directly to Stripe.

The order is final upon payment. A confirmation is sent by email to the address given at payment.

Delivery is immediate and digital. A licence key is sent by email as soon as payment is taken, together with a download link valid for seven days. After that, the download remains available at any time from the licence page, using the key.

If nothing arrives, the buyer can have the key sent again from the licence page, or write to us.

A consumer buyer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase.

However, under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, that right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium where performance began after the buyer's prior express agreement and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

By confirming the order, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal as soon as the licence key is sent.

This deprives the buyer of none of their statutory guarantees. In practice, if the application does not work on your hardware, write to us: a refund is granted in good faith when the product does not do what was advertised.

The publisher is bound by the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content under articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code, and by the guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

Any claim on those grounds is made through the contact form.

Application updates are included in the price. As the game Dofus evolves independently, the publisher undertakes to use best efforts to maintain compatibility, without being able to guarantee it absolutely.

The application modifies no game file, injects nothing into its process, does not read its memory and exchanges no data with Ankama. The publisher is nonetheless party to no agreement with Ankama Games and cannot stand as guarantor for that third party's decisions regarding player accounts.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of difficulty, the buyer is invited to write to us first: most disagreements are settled in one exchange.

Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
